Whether you believe the predictions for 2012, or you think nothing will happen at all, The Ice House Gallery would like to give artists an opportunity to depict their own versions of TEOTWAWKI (an acronym for The End OF The World As We Know It). The art for this show could be serious or humorous, rooted in fact or completely made-up. It could depict destruction or Utopia—it is all up to the artist. This is an open show. No entry fees. The Gourd Patch Arts Festival

The annual event, sponsored in cooperation with the City of Mayfield and the Mayfield Tourism Commission, includes arts & crafts, gourd vendors, outdoor entertainment, gourd racecar derby, food and much more.
