If you have lived in Mayfield or Graves County, Kentucky for very long, chances are you have seen the artwork of Ronn Moyers. Many of the local schools, some of the churches, and the hospital have murals that he has painted. In addition to the murals, Ronn has also painted some signs for Mayfield businesses, including the sign for the Ice House Art Center.
Ronn is skilled at painting, drawing, photography, and woodworking. He does gourd art and sculpture. He even makes amazing sand sculptures on the beach when he goes on vacation.
Ronn is an excellent volunteer for the art guild and in addition to doing odd jobs for the guild has also volunteered his time to teach classes for kids and adults, including last month's plein air class.
Ronn will have a solo show of his work in May of 2012.
